Units 1 & 2 Mill Lane, Alton

This project comprised the comprehensive refurbishment of an industrial unit in Hampshire, delivered over a 12-week programme.

The scope of works included roof maintenance and the installation of new GRP rooflights, asbestos removal, and the full strip-out of existing building services. Internal works incorporated redecoration throughout, refurbishment of WC facilities, and the installation of new heating, LED lighting, fire alarm, and emergency lighting systems to modern standards.

Externally, the building was enhanced through the installation of new shutter doors, upgraded windows and personnel doors, replacement wall cladding, resurfacing of external areas, and the provision of new paladin fencing.

The project was completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard, resulting in a significantly improved and modernised facility.
