Units 1 & 2 Anderson Road, Ilford

This industrial unit refurbishment project in London was successfully completed within a 15-week programme, delivering a full transformation of both the external envelope and internal spaces to create a modern, high-quality industrial and office facility.

The external works included the safe removal of the existing asbestos roof and installation of a new TATA Composite Roof system (Platinum+ Registered), alongside replacement elevation cladding, new roller shutter doors, aluminium windows, fire exit doors, and resurfacing works to the external areas.

Internally, the project involved the strip out of an existing cold store and the construction of a brand-new office block. Additional works included a full WC refurbishment, installation of a new kitchenette, complete mechanical and electrical works, epoxy resin flooring, new floor coverings, and full internal decorations throughout.
