Dove Valley Park, Foston

Prestec successfully completed the comprehensive refurbishment of Unit 3000 at Dove Valley Park, Foston, Derby, delivering a full internal and external upgrade to the commercial unit.

Internally, the works included the refurbishment of the office and welfare accommodation, incorporating new partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, doors and ironmongery, decorations, sanitary facilities and kitchenettes, together with associated mechanical and electrical upgrades.

Externally, repairs and improvements were undertaken to the building and surrounding areas, alongside upgrades to the existing facilities and infrastructure.

As part of the project, new electric vehicle charging points and photovoltaic (PV) solar panels were also installed, helping to improve the building’s energy efficiency and support its future operational requirements.

The completed refurbishment has provided a modern, refreshed and future-ready commercial facility, ready for its next phase of occupation.
