Unit 7 Oak Tree Business Centre

We successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of Unit 7 at Oak Tree Business Centre, Swindon, completing the project within an 8-week programme and on schedule.

The works involved extensive repair and upgrade of the building fabric, including operations and maintenance to the roof and wall cladding, alongside a full external clean-down. Doors and fenestration were overhauled, and all previous occupiers’ installations were removed to prepare the space for redevelopment.

Internally, both the warehouse and ancillary areas were fully refurbished, incorporating redecoration and treatment of the warehouse floor. External areas were also enhanced to improve the overall site environment.

As part of the modernisation, all mechanical and electrical installations were replaced, ensuring the facility meets current operational standards and is ready for its next occupier.
