This refurbishment project involved the comprehensive upgrade and reinstatement of a two-storey office and warehouse facility, returning the property to a high-quality, lettable condition.

The works included the removal of previous tenant alterations, internal strip-out and demolition, refurbishment and redecoration of office and warehouse areas, external repairs and cleaning, roof maintenance and rooflight replacement, together with associated improvements to the external yard, drainage, and service areas.
