Unit 1 Odhams Trading Estate

This refurbishment project in Watford was completed at the start of April following a 16-week programme of external and internal improvement works to modernise and enhance the building.

The scope included replacement of the existing asbestos cement roof and rooflights, renewal of rainwater goods, drainage improvements, and repairs to the cladding and brickwork, alongside external cleaning and redecoration works.

Internally, the project involved stripping out the previous tenant’s fit out, removing redundant mechanical and electrical services, carrying out structural and flooring repairs, and redecorating internal wall panels throughout.

The completed works have delivered a safe, functional and refreshed commercial space ready for future occupation.
