Prime IGC Ltd instructed Prestec to carry out the repairs to a concrete beam in a building they are renovating on Dover Street in Mayfair. We mechanically removed the defective concrete back to a sound base, prepared and then protected the steel using Fosroc Nitoprime Zinchrich Plus and reinstated the repairs using Fosroc Renderoc HB45.
