Refurbishment to Existing Leeds Building Society

Prestec have recently completed a refurbishment to the existing Leeds Building Society in Norwich.

The works included:

• Remove existing roof tiles and set aside for re-use.
• Remove existing laths and felt and remove from site.
• Repair existing Oak roof timbers where required.
• Remove existing lead gutters and set aside for re-use.
• Repair gutter timbers where rotten.
• Refit existing lead gutters or replace as necessary.
• Fit new felt and laths to the whole roof area.
• Replace existing roof tiles and add new where short.
• Install new lead soakers, valleys etc.
• Clean the facade of the building and redecorate.
• Renovate / repair existing sash windows.
