Prestec were employed to carry out concrete repairs to a balcony at the rear of shops in Chiswick Green Birmingham, the concrete had deteriorated due to defective rainwater goods over a long period of time. The repair was carried out using Webertec lightweight mortars and a high performance elastic coating. Consideration was made to the adjacent home owners, with work carried out after hours.
