Prestec were instructed to carry out structural alterations and internal & external refurbishment works to a 3 bedroom bungalow in Milford on Sea.
The works carried out internally included the removal and reinstatement of partition walls to enable wheelchair access throughout the property, converting the existing shower room into a wet room, converting an existing bedroom into a wet room, new loft insulation throughout with specialist timber treatment works, new vinyl flooring to the rear bedroom and full internal redecoration throughout the property.
Externally, Prestec were instructed to install new soakaways to the front and rear of the property, a new large patio area to the rear of the property and concreate ramp access, with “Kee Klamp” handrail, to the new aluminium front door and the new level access uPVC door leading out to the patio area.
