Project Brief

Prestec have been employed to carry out all opening up, forming new studs, new fire door and frame and making good to the plasterwork as necessary. We are also building a bespoke staircase that leads from the first floor of the cottage to the loft area that is being turned into a bedroom, alongside chimney stack repairs.
