Waterproofing to the Trocadero in London

Prestec were selected by The Progressive Group to undertake the waterproofing to the lower ground floor above the basement area on the large refurbishment project at the Trocadero in London. The intended use for the area treated is a restaurant kitchen where extensive cleaning and washing down will be undertaken. Working in accordance with the architects details Prestec waterproofed the floor slab and 800mm up the walls using RIW Toughseal, a two part epoxy coating system, all internal angles and pipe penetrations were over sealed using RIW Flexiseal.
