Prestec are currently on site installing a Type – A barrier waterproofing system using John Newton materials. Newton Hydrobond 403 has been used below the structural slab and Newton 109-LM has been applied to the earth retaining walls, the system has been installed in line with Newtons installation guidelines alongside site inspections by the NHBC.
