Unit 2D Didcot Park, Oxford

The internal and external refurbishment of Unit 2D at Didcot Park was successfully delivered following our appointment on the neighbouring unit the previous year. This repeat instruction reflects the quality of our earlier work and the strength of our client relationships.

The project involved comprehensive upgrades to both the building envelope and internal areas. Externally, works included repairs to the existing roof and wall cladding, overhaul of doors and fenestration, improvements to hard standings, and a full clean of the façade.

Internally, the unit was stripped back to shell and fully refurbished, incorporating redecoration throughout, refurbishment of the warehouse floor, and the installation of new mechanical and electrical services to modern standards. Site setup works, including welfare facilities, fencing, signage, and inductions, ensured safe and efficient project delivery from the outset.

The project was completed on programme and delivered to a high standard, enhancing both the functionality and overall appearance of the unit.
