Project Brief
Prestec are honored to be associated with this prestigious, 450-year-old historic venue. We’re grateful, for the recognition Monaghans consultancy and The Incipio Group showed in appointing us as Principal Contractors on this ambitious project.
During the process, Prestec collaborated with Studio Found to deliver their vision of indulgence in the vaults hidden beneath the city.
In the early stages we worked alongside The Museum of London Archaeology to respectfully transform this amazing space into a decadent bar & restaurant.
The project elements included floor finishes, Marmoleum, various ceramics, micro-cement and incorporating a 120m brass edged, Corten steel service cover. As well as wall finishes ranging from vinyl coverings, ceramic tiles and Clay Works render.
