Prestec are close to completion of a 9-month programme for client Blackstone. The 150000 sq ft unit has been completely redesigned for a long-term lease to a listed company.
The works included new glazing screen, re-clad to all elevations, introduction of new roller shutter door openings, new electrical layout to the warehouse, new build internal offices and fit out, overlay tarmac to the perimeter car parks, decoration and new flooring throughout.
