This newly constructed basement in West London was suffering from ingress and required a grade 3 waterproofing solution. After a site survey, we recommended a Delta cavity membrane system including sump and pumps with a high level alarm.
Prestec are leading installers in these systems and due to the clients requirements, we managed to complete this project in five days. This sealed water/vapour proof system will discharge any water build up via the sump and dual pump to an external drain. This once wet basement will now support dry lining, a screed and any decorative finishes the client requires.
