In conjunction with Melody Developments, Prestec have once again been awarded the contact to build a further development of homes in Arlewas, Staffordshire.
Demolition works have been carried out to the previous dwelling on the grounds of the proposed works, with construction of the three bespoke new builds progressing steadily.
