Prestec UK Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment works at Druids Cave Farmhouse in Harrogate, transforming this traditional property into a high-quality holiday let.

The works included a comprehensive refurbishment programme designed to restore and enhance the character of the property while delivering modern comfort and performance.

Scope of works:

• Erection of external scaffolding and roof repairs, including removal of chimney pots, lime mortar flaunching, and cleaning of moss and algae

• Repointing of external facades using traditional lime mortar

• Preparation and redecoration of all rainwater goods

• Internal demolition to remove a structural wall and installation of new steelwork

• Full electrical and M&E upgrade, including new light fittings throughout

• Bathroom refurbishments with new tiling, sanitaryware, showers, and flooring

• Installation of ventilation extractor units

• Removal of damp plaster and complete internal redecoration
