Project Brief
Prestec have recently completed a warehouse refurbishment in Shrewsbury for a private landlord. The works included demolition of internal office blocks and mezzanine, replacement of roof lights and full internal and external decorations.
Upon completion of the works for the landlord, Prestec cladded three openings, following the removal of roller shutter doors and installation of a double glass door, including new windows either side and above. We also extended the flooring from the existing mezzanine into a newly constructed wall.
