We have recently completed a refurbishment of two neighboring warehouse premises, which included repair and treatment of corroded warehouse roof coverings and gutters, minor external wall cladding and brickwork repairs, repairs and partial replacement of the exterior doors and windows, repairs to the office flat roofs, encapsulation of asbestos, internal repairs, reconfiguration and refurbishment including updating the building services, complete redecoration and partial repairs to the shared loading yard.
