Unit 6a Hams Hall, Coleshill

Pleased to share the successful completion of works at Unit 6A, Hams Hall, Coleshill, achieving Practical Completion on Monday 9th February.

The project scope included comprehensive strip-out and demolition works, followed by targeted façade works, roof replacement and a range of external improvements to enhance both the structure and overall appearance of the building.

Internally, the works focused on repair and refurbishment, restoring and upgrading finishes, fixtures, and services to ensure the property meets modern standards of functionality, performance, and presentation.
