Prestec were instructed by Heathrow Airport Limited to work on a 27hour shutdown in the running tunnels at Heathrow Airport to undertake resin injection and leak sealing works to the joints and tie bolts on the concrete rings. Works were undertaken at low level and off mobile elevated working platforms by our suitably trained operatives using Drytech Dryflex 2 acrylic resin for the injection to the ring joints and Koster KB-Flex 200 for the sealing of the leaking bolts.
