Prestec have been appointed to undertake the Dilapidation & Refurbishment works at the Matalan Distribution Centre in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire.
Works commenced September 2015, with completion targeted for late April 2016.
We have been appointed to completely strip out the warehouses and offices, which is approximately 500,000 sqft. As well as a complete redecoration and finishes throughout.
