Project Brief
The job required a strip out and refurbishment of a 12,000 sq ft warehouse and offices. Our works included extensive ground works to enable the installation of new dock levellers replacement roller shutter doors, electrical repairs, refurbishment of the existing office and welfare facilities.
Works commenced late December 2014 with a 14 week programme to enable the new tenant to take possession early April 2015.
