We have recently completed a refurbishment on a semi-detached property, for a local community housing association, comprising of a complete re-skin, electrical updates, kitchen and bathroom replacement, full decoration, together with new flooring throughout.
Our programme was based on a six week turnaround, with some urgency, due to a new tenant ready to move in.
