Prestec are carrying out refurbishment works to a Johnsons Cleaners shop in Lichfield with works including internal and external removal of specific tenant fixtures and fittings, internal repairs to surfaces prior to redecoration, plastering, removal of specific floor coverings, removal of suspended ceiling to ground floor, mechanical and electrical works, external removal of vegetation, brickwork, roof, gutter and window repairs and decorations.
The project has a 4 week duration and is scheduled to finish on time.
