Unit 1 Indurent Park, Tamworth

We’re delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of the internal and external refurbishment works on an industrial unit at Indurent Park in Tamworth. The project was delivered within a 13-week programme and completed on time, achieving a smooth and successful handover with the client.

The works involved a full internal and external refurbishment, reverting the property back to its base build condition in line with the client’s specification.

This included the removal of tenant installations and fixtures throughout both the office and warehouse areas, such as partition walls, high-level racking, data points, CCTV, and signage, followed by making good all finishes to a high standard.

In addition, the project included the validation and remedial works to existing M&E services, ensuring all systems were fully operational and compliant for future use.
