Industrial Unit Refurbishment Completion

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion and achievement of practical completion on the refurbishment of an industrial unit on the Hortonwood 37 development in Telford, delivered on time and to a high standard.

The project included extensive external works, with the removal of overgrown shrubs and improvements to the roof, cladding, and elevations. Internally, the team carried out a full refurbishment of the warehouse, alongside upgrades to the offices and kitchenette. The works also included cleaning and redecoration, installation of new fire doors, and comprehensive plumbing, electrical, and mechanical upgrades.

This refurbishment has transformed the unit into a modern, functional, and efficient workspace, ready to support its next phase of use.
