Prestec have now been given the green light to commence works to a factory at Unit 2, Wattville Road, Smethwick, Warley, West Midlands.
The works include major refurbishment to the factory after a fire destroyed the majority of the units in the area. This is part of a refurbishment scheme with the work due to take approximately six weeks to complete.
