Dilapidation Works on a Funeral Home

We carried out dilapidation works on behalf of the outgoing tenant in Southport, which included the complete strip out of the retail space reverting the unit back to an open plan layout. We then installed new suspended ceilings, LED light fittings, plywood floor, new sanitaryware and re-decoration throughout. We completed this project with a 5 week programme.
