We have recently completed a full internal and external refurbishment on a unit at Junction 6 Industrial Estate, Witton. This was a full strip out of the previous tenants alterations, additions, fixtures, fittings and chattels. The works included: Roof repair works including: roof light replacement; cleaning out and relining of the gutters; and treatment of the cut-edges and re-coating of the roof sheets, cleaning, redecoration and repairs to the external elevations, external window repair/replacement works, replacement of the fire escape doors, refurbishment of the offices and WCs including repair and decoration works, refurbishment of the offices and WCs including repair and decoration works, mechanical and electrical; testing, repair and refurbishment/upgrade works, repair, redecoration and cleaning works to the warehouse.
