Car Park Construction, Darlaston

Prestec recently completed the construction of a new 80 space car park in Darlaston on behalf of Friends Life Company Ltd. The Project Manager was BPN Paribas and our works included the installation of 750mm diameter drainage and a flow controller to enable water attenuation.

This was an 8 week programme, which also included the installation of street lighting and a 2m high security fencing.
