Following a successful tender, Prestec has won two major refurbishment projects at The Mirus Academy in Walsall, with a combined value of £1.1m.

Prestec is pleased to announce the commencement of two major refurbishment projects at The Mirus Academy, Leamore Road Entrance, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7NR.

Phase 1, which commences 9th June 2014 and will last for 16 weeks, comprises the complete refurbishment of the English Block.

Phase 2, which will follow on immediately afterwards, commencing 26th September 2014 and running for 20 weeks, will involve the complete refurbishment of Tower Block.

The combined total of both phases is £1.1m and highlights Prestec’s capabilities as one of the country’s leading suppliers of structural repair, restoration and refurbishment services.
