Prestec UK is excited to announce the completion of Phase one of the £250,000 fast track refurbishment project at Eggington Hall, Derby. The contract was completed on the 24th March 2015, in time for the client’s Ofsted inspection the following day.

Acorn Care & Education, were extremley pleased to recieve a clean bill of health from the inspection and subsequently released a second phase of the works to Prestec UK, with an immediate start.

Phase two will continue with the refurbishment of futher rooms, including the music room, art room, science classroom, catering classroom and the toilets, as well as, alterations, decorations, new flooring, electrical and heating upgrades, new fire and security alarms and secondary glazing.

Phase two is due to be completed mid May 2015.
